Greetings Tom,

I have placed under the directory "Tools" of my internet browser the
following powerful tool: < http://www.google.com/advanced_search > One
click and the cyberworld opens up.

Type in the lower window Domain the following:
    www.learning-org.com
Google will then restrict its search to our LO-dialogue.

If you want to search for "essentialities", type in the top window
    essentialities
Click enter to have all the contributions mentioning this word in them.

Here is a trick so as not to loose your Google window when clicking on
entry. Use the right hand click rather than the left hand click and select
"New Window".

[Host's Note: At's tip is correct in Windows. On Mac it's Control-Click
..Rick]

If you want to search for "leadership", do the same. You will be surpised
how much of the world our LO-dialogue has explored.

My own introduction to the 7Es have the URLs

Essentiality - "quantity-limit" (spareness) LO20541
<http://www.learning-org.com/99.02/0009.html>

But there is much more drama to be found by searching with Google.

I see that your email address has "radicalteacher" in it. That is
interesting! Would you care to tell us more about it. Radical teachers
seem to be a scarce breed nowadays.

With care and best wishes
