My name is Toby bostwick and I am a senior at Purdue University. I am
currently enrolled in a organizational behavior class in which we are
studying "Learning Organizations". I am hoping that there is some
in-depth information out there on this issue, I have searched the web and
found quite a few things, but I am looking for a personal perspective as
