Another good source for the US Army's After Action Review is David
Garvin's Harvard Business School video Learning After Doing. It is the
third video in the Putting the Learning Organization to Work series.
(The other two are Learning Before Doing and Learning While Doing). They
are fine as stand-alones. Garvin He also has a book out called Learning
in Action. I haven't read it yet but I hear it references the AAR process
here too.
