The P-CMM has been around for 6 years, but I first heard of it only last
month. I am very familiar with the Software CMM and would like to learn
more about the People CMM and its credibility and usefulness within the
learning organization community.
I was wondering if anyone in the learning-org is familiar with the P-CMM?
How has its use benefited those who are using it? Is a certain P-CMM
level required by your organization or government agency? Is this
community aware of the P-CMM, and/or, is it something we should be
preparing organizations for?
