Replying to LO28133 --
Since this appears to be a pay for journal I can only make this remark out
of ignorance of not reading the full paper but I would like to point out
how strange the language appears to be
we are told that the paper investigates the relationship between learning
organisation and financial performance but then the analysis of the
relationship seems to be all one way, namely can LO justify itself to
Financial Performance cultures... post Andersen, I would have thought
there's an even bigger research need for financial performance measures to
explain their relationship to designing organisatons where people learn
