Hi there,

Sorry about the cross posting, but members might be interested in the
following article. It is a study of how the views and perceptions of
CEOs, managers and staff differ in a range New Zealand businesses. Apart
from stating the obvious, it also explores why those differences may occur
and what the implications are.
