Replying to LO28898 --
A very easy source of information is the material published by the
Gallup organization, e.g., their book, "First Break All the Rules". I
have seen news releases that they are doing comparative studies across
cultures and have some measurement of "Employee Engagement" (the
opposite of alienation). In the past I found it difficult to make
contact with appropriate person in the organization, but the book, and
their web site may be a start.
