Replying to LO28977 --
Dear Walter,
Thank you for sharing your program. It looks thorough and balanced and I
realy hope that it will become a success.
I have no specific points to add or to skip and you probably will also
understand that from the program it is sometimes difficult to see what the
contents will be. But that is ok, otherwise too much detailed comments
will be generated.
The only thing - but more as background information, some reading stuff -
is what At de Lange has mentioned so frequently on this list: the total
energy of any organization could be split in two parts. One part of energy
is used to keep the organization's structure alive; and the other part is
the free energy which could be used for work and productivity. The more
the inner structure is chaotic, the less free energy is available for
work. Possibly you have read my contribution on the growth and decline of
mineral crystals in rocks:

http://www.learning-org.com/02.03/0145.html

although it might be that the metaphor of these contributions is a bit too
much off the record, they could also serve as background reading material
and could serve as base for a deeper understanding.
Best wishes and success with your program.
