I'd like to hear more. How long a process was it in the various
companies? What were the main challenges, and how were they met (or not)?
For how long have the best companies been able to sustain the advanced
levels?
Finally, it'd be interesting to hear a comparison of the P-CMM principles
with Senge's, and possibly some of the others that have been discussed on
this list.
