Wow! Bravo! Well said!
"Best Practices", i think, involves two of the 7Es (seven essentialities
of creativity -- spareness ("quantity-limit") and otherness ("quality-
variety"). If we do not grow continually in each of these 7Es, we will not
be able to maintain our self-organisation against an environment which
becomes increasingly complex.
