Dear Jeff and all

Well I hesitate to say the articles etc below are "good" but there may be
some ideas you can use. Lately, I have become interested in how help
people eliminate unnecessary work or concentrate more on the work they
love which gives the most value. My latest thinking is in the article on
"work laundry". It is very easy to make work for other people unwittingly
especially with modern communications being so easy.

Please let me know if any of the pieces below prove of value.
