Replying to LO30213 --

Greg, I suggest we should consider the ways we deal with uncertainty.
You can manage the risk, or you can pray! Personally I believe
appropriate risk management is essential in all situations. I.E. Identify
hazards, look at what could happen, how likely it is to happen
(probability), and what are the potential consequences of an incident.
Praying is, in my opinion, no substitute however that is not to say it
won't help.

If you simply take the religeous standpoint and look at 'what could
happen', you will spend your life in fear, unless you have blind faith.
About time we lost our fear of the dark, I think.

Best Regards,
Alan Cotterell
