The real power will be released when you can switch modes at will. In this
way, you can share your own experiences with others, while alternatively
gaining from the experiences of your companions when that will move the
ball forward. If you shut out the benefits from their experiences, they
are likely to do the same to yours, prohibiting collective progress! And
inhibiting LO behaviour...
