community like this to get research respondents you could have offered a
link to your interim results
I did have a go at filling your new questionnaire. Knowing how much
elearning experiences vary, I got quite worried that by apparently seeking
responses in any context of elearning you will likely average out a lot of
the best of elearning experiences. I wonder if you have formed an email
group among people who know when elearning can do great stuff and have
some qualitative report on what they look for. That at least is where I
would go (in parallel or even at first) if I was trying to understand when
elearning multiplies value for time spent by the student or alumni
