Just wanted to tip my virtual hat to these two recent contributors to
thelistserve -- I have quoted both of you in the last week in a
doctoral studentseminar on learning organizations & org learning
(John's recent posting forits content, and Stephen's -- you will smile
-- not so much for your link to thesystems diagramming software, but
for the wonderful quote from Edward Bear[aka Winnie Pooh]).
