In Kouzes and Posner's Leadership Challenge describe in their research
that honesty came out as the top leadership trait, practice, quality, et
al, followed by Competency, Forward-looking and Inspiring.

My question is: what is the relationship between trust, trustworthiness
and honesty? And how do we measure honesty?
