Hi Richard,

Good to see you on Learning-Org!

Although as you know we have different beliefs I was interested in the
ideas in your post. In recent months I, with others have been doing some
(apparently successful) development work around dialogue which (amongst
other things) seems to have elements that can only be described in
non-rational terms such as "leap of faith".
