I have found his Knowledge for Action: Guide to Overcoming Barriers to
Organizational Change, Jossey-Bass 1993 to be one of his more
approachable books.

Another possible source is anything by Bob Putnam - I know there are
audio tapes of some of his sessions at Systems Thinking Conferences, but
I don't know if there is anything in print.
