My vote for must read is Meeting of the Minds by Vincent Barabba of
General Motors. This book blends marketing and learning organisation. It
interests me hugely because it's written by somebody trying to make a
large organisation learn - who is still there! By which I mean not a
retrospective from somebody whose moved on, nor a book by a professional
writer/academic. Does anyone else have a book to recommend that's written
by somebody who's still there (and isn't writing up a PR story)?

Just in case nobody else has mentioned this, my all time favourite web for
book reviews is the virtual bookstore itself www.amazon.com - one day all
us readers will be given the chance to ask questions of the authors, at
least that's the Amazonian future which I think all who are happy to label
themselves learners should support
