Schools as learning organizations? LO13887

Most of our learning habits -represented by Senge in the dialectic
"thinking and interacting"- are acquired in family and school. However,
there is scant evidence of schools struggling to become learning
organizations. At best, some efforts are limited to incorporate systems
thinking curriculum -as portrayed by the Creative Learning Exchange,
backed by Forrester-.

I wonder if any list member could help me in finding examples of schools /
school systems transforming their educational administration in one proper
of learning organizations. Is there any antecedent of "learning histories"
documentation in the education industry?

Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
