Refer to your note, I wish to share with you the following

We have usee Lotus Notes not only for ISO 9002 documentation but
also as a forum, feedback, suggestion, complaints, status tracking
... on Audit findings, corrective and preventive action etc.
Note : My organization is an oil and gas industry with 700+ staff.

I personally see "Management (Quality) System" using Lotus Notes
as a great potential in applying and implementing LO principles.
It will help to set a conducive environment for a) transparency
b) creativity c) good focus on business process etc.
