Terry, (and others who might be interested in these two lists)

Following are two lists you could subscribe to. The first is for Future
Search and the second is for Open Space Technology. I've seen the
question you ask posed on the Future Search list. I suspect if you ask
there, you'll receive a lot of help. I can't help you much with "formal"
Future Search, but could if Open Space ever fits your needs.
