I'm a consultant in Brazil working on organizational development projects
and initiatives.

On of my clients is an affiliate of a worldiwide organization. The
affiliate is very small in number, with about 200 employees.

After a diagnostic phase (a kind of an in depth climate survey), we
designed with this client an action plan to improve the climate. The
recommendations included structuring groups with employees from all areas
and hierarchical levels from the company to deal with the major climate
issues: communications, recognition, leadership and integration. The
project is being very well conducted by the client, with a high level of
commitment and credibility.

The question the client's Management Team gave me, and that I'm forwarding
to this group, is:

We know how to measure if the climate is getting better from our annual
climate survey. But how do know and how do we measure if the improvement
in climate is bringing any results in our operations (including
productivity, efficiency, financial measures, etc.)?

I'd appreciate any kind of reply to start a discussion on the subject.

Regards,

Ronaldo Borger
