Here are my top ten goals or objectives for 1998 through this learning
medium:

1. Personal Mastery/transformation.
Exploring the many ways we human beings can apply toward personal mastery,
specially those that lend themselves to living and working in the modern
world.

2. What kinds of organizations do we want ?
In the conversation here in this digest, the learning organization is our
common vision, however let's explore what dimensions of the learning
organization and other types of organizations.

3. what is learning ?

4. what are the best practices in management ?

5. Systems thinking.
the various schools of systems thinking. for example the way Fritjof Capra
wrote about in his book "The Web of Life"

6. The Ontology of the observer.
The role of the observer in the world. This discipline is presented in the
works of Humberto Maturana and Francisco Varela.

7. Language and human behavior.
the role of language in our lives and in the production of reality.

8. What are the key competencies for leadership development, and what kind of
leaders do we want?

9.On human nature. Revealing our ontological understanding of human beings.

10. building learning communities.
