Scott, thanks for your kind words. This topic has sure generated a lot of
interest and diverse perspectives. Also a fair amount of confusion of
terminology. I've been waiting for you to suggest that ranking is another
example of Square Wheels. Yes, they work, but they also create a very
uncomfortable ride for everyone on the wagon. It sounds like you have
created a career that is right for you and is giving you a great deal of
happiness.
