Jody,
I am the General Manager of a manufacturing facility in upstate New York.
What turns me on the most is seeing the expressions of joy and
satisfaction on the faces of our community after they've finished a
project on the job or a semester of school work.
They truly appreciate what they have accomplished. By providing them
with the necessary resources and sometimes a practice field, I help them
grow and learn.
