I have stumbled across a fascinating website hosted by MG Taylor which I
believe will interest list members. It has many models of the creative
process and details a collaborative approach to designing organisations.
This includes the creation of flexible work environments that allow all to
contribute to the design of an enterprise. I recommend a look. Maybe
some of the ideas it will spark of some dialogue on the list.
