I'm very interested in the part that HRM-instruments (reward systems,
appraisal, training and development, recruitment and selection) can play
within learning organizations.
At the moment I'm writing a thesis about this. My question is: how can
management use these HRM systems to enhance learning in the organisation?
I would be delighted to hear your ideas and suggestions on this issue.
