British Airways, Rover Cars come immediately to mind.

Both invested a large amount of time and effort.

I had a very small involvement with the BA change and it was the
commitment of the senior directors (CEO, Finance, Marketing) that was
noticeable. They were very involved and showed up at many programmes and
continued to spell out what they beleived was necessary for the Airline to
be successful.
