Replying to LO18217 --

Bob, well said. I work with a small team in a call center. By
position title, I am the supervisor. Over the past three years I have
struggled with four losses of close loved ones (father, husband,
father-in-law, and mother- in-law). While most team members were
supportative, especially my assistant, there were two team members who did
everything to undermine our endeavors. Needless to say, the other team
members played key roles in removing the two individuals out of our team.

All supportive people carried the weight while I tried catching my
breath leaving the unsupportive people in the dust! As a result, I have a
stronger team, a sense of ownership. Now they have more of an active role
in our day- to-day functions. They taught me that none of us can do a job
alone effectively. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with this
magnificant team.
