The concept of learning organizations is fairly new to me: I work at the
audit department of a Brazilian bank and presently the department is
engaged in a far reaching program in this field. The idea is to use the
concepts and instruments of organizational learning in audit assignments,
The focus is on problem solving.

I have read a lot of the free material available on the internet and even
bought some books on the subject. As it goes, I intend to try out for a
master's degree in business administration at some university down here in
Brazil by the end of this year, and get a concentration on org-learning.

For the time being, would anyone have something on org-learning and
problem solving? Do these things really go together?
