Dear LO members

I am currently examining the influence of intuition and feelings in
'knowledge creation' and the consequences for software design. I am trying
to find resources, papers and books on Boulding's General System Theories.
Any help in form of related studies, publications etc. is highly
appreciated.

On this list I like to start a thread on this subject, starting by a
radical statement:

Every technologic solution for Knowledge Management is doomed to fail if
human intuition and feelings are excluded in the design of the software.

greetings
