Response to radical statement: How is it possible to ignore intuition and
feelings when designing software?

Alternative radical statement: Technological solutions to any emergent
problem fail if they are not leveraged. Leverage cannot be determined
without a reasonably thorough understanding of the problem that is
developed with the people experiencing the emergent problem.
