Greetings:

If you aren't in the mood for a requested quote, hit delete now. ;-)

I put out a free newsletter -- Mind On The Job tm -- which is a compendium
of ideas and opinions about the ways people think, choose, feel, and act
in the workplace. Work is an experience almost all of us share. Far fewer
people get the chance to reflect upon the connections between our minds
and our jobs. Our newsletter goes to many people who have the interest but
do not belong to listservs or forums such as this one.

Our latest issue is at http://idt.net/~tjell/MINDO_23.HTML It's a special
one on learning in companies and reached over 1000 leaders in human
resources and management.

We are seeking 25 word or less definitions of leadership for our next
issue devoted to that subject. We will take several that strike us as most
memorable and publish them with the permission and attribution of the
author. We will with permission take all of the definitions received and
place them on a web page connected to the site again with proper
attribution. We have already garnered about 100 definitions from a variety
of correspondents. If you want to pen your definition or if you would like
to contribute your favorite quote on the subject, we'd really appreciate
it.

Please reply to the e-mail address above.

Thanks for your consideration,

T.J. Elliott
