Who on the list familiar with the book "The Learning Company" by Pedler,
Burgoyne, and Boydell? I am using it as background research for a project
I am working on and have found it extremely useful. However, I am
wondering how others have found this book and how it stacks up to others
in the field. Until a few weeks ago, I had not heard of it, but I am
relatively new to this field of study. I am particularly interested in
resources that deal with simple, practical models for assessing
organizational design issues and how organization design can support
sustained skill development.
