Hi, Bryan, and the list,

I should introduce myself, Marion Barnett, HR practitioner, or should that
be facilitator...I guess in a nutshell, I work with other people, and when
I get it right, they change, the process changes, and, of course, so do I
...grin.... Not working at present due to illness, but pulling the
threads of a portfolio together to do all the things I care about, music,
artwork and personal/organisational change. After all, if you aim for the
moon and fail, you still catch the odd star...

Bryan, you ask about 'The Learning Company' by Pedler et al; might I
suggest you look at the companion volume, 'Towards the Learning Company',
by the same authors, much more interesting and useful, IMHO, if not so
snappy. ISBN0-07-707802-0.

That's the one that comes instantly to my mind; I'll be interested to see
what others recommend.

I look forward to talking to you all in the time to come...
