I have experience in Brake manufacturing which may not sound dangerous to
you but it is risky because of the lawsuits. Products must be right,
process must be followed and we must prove capability and have
traceability.
In another industry i worked with plating chemical which are toxic and
dangerous.
I do not see any difference in the level of risk in the business and
whether or not participation and learning can be used.

trust. That is a big problem in moving ay organization forward. Is this
lack of trust spawned by the explosive nature of the material or
tradition. It would be hard to answer but it must be addresses not
necessarily answered.
