Welcome, David. I think most of us have that kind of initial reaction.
Remember, however, that ignorance is not the same as stupidity. As long
as you're willing to learn, there's no harm at all in exposing your
ignorance -- indeed, how else can you learn authentically?
Here's another thought: you're a unique person with your own ideas and
experiences, based on what living has taught you. Maybe, just maybe, that
will occasionally allow you to have an insight that others of us -- even
At -- don't have. If so, it'd be a shame to lose it.
Maybe we should start a LO chapter of Deemsters Anonymous?
