I call myself a learning org. "hack." As advertised, I've used learning
org. methods and have had breaktrough results. However, I didn't have the
authority to implement system-wide org. changes

Therefore, I am seekikng employment within a learning organization. My
expertise is in program/project/training/management. I see myself more
clearly as a "loopster" between organization silos.

I would like help in identifying learning organizations around Cleveland
Oh

And to be able to network with learning org. practioners around in the
area.

I am excited to be on board and look forward to your comments.
