Dear Dorothy,

a good point and fitting to my experiences:

Giving lessons on strategic planning it were always the male students who
discussed with interest. I am wondering whether strategic planning is just
a male game?

In another context (PEGASUS Keynote: Deborah Tannen LO18834), At de Lange
wrote: "What I would like to hear from Deborah Tannen is how gender
differences can aid in the emergence of a learning organisation."

So I am interested to learn, what female authors would have to say, to
enrich the picture of strategic planning.

Liebe Gruesse,
Winfried
