Wow, thank you Richard. This is the best definition and example of
Learning Organizations that I have seen. If you would grant, I want to put
this post on my web site (with attribution, of course) as the best summary
of organizational evolution. Evolve or stagnate and die!

Is organizational evolution the same as a learning-org?
