Hi, my name is Gustavo Severo de Borba and i'm a student (doctoral) at
UFRGS - Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil.

I work with leaning organization and simulation since my pos-graduate (a
study of simulation techniques in hospitals)

Here in UFRGS we have a group that study and discuss about learning
organization ( I read articles and books of Senge, De Geus, Morgan,
Nonaka, DiBella, Swieringa, Kim, Garvin, Kolb, ...)

My principal interest is about elements in learning organizations
associated with project management

I'm sorry about my poor english, but I promisse that I'll "learning" and
improve my english.
