Currently the Director of Human Resources for Northwestern Michigan
College in Traverse City, Michigan. Past positions were in the
organizational development and training facilitation at Hillsborough
County, Citicorp and Arthur Andersen & Co. As you might have already
guessed, certified by the Association for Psychological Type to ethically
administer the MBTI. Been a member of this list off and on over the past
few years - nice to see so many familiar names still at it!
Have been interested in Learning Organizations for the past 5 years or so.
Particularly impressed with Margaret Wheatley's work with self-organizing
sysems.
