Hello Group,
I'm a process methodologist by profession in the IT business, and
my academic background is a physicist. I was reading this delightful book
"The Dance of Change" by Peter Senge and came across the reference to this
list .... so thought I'd check it out.

I'm debating whether I have shelf space for this dance of change
book, and whether, a year from now, I'm likely to still be looking into
the book. Anybody have a learning experience with this book and could
comment either to me directly or the whole group?
