Dear Dan,

I have tried to be concrete, I wanted to name the humans involved. Then I
decided to restrict myself to the three most apparent categories and
included all others implicitely by adding a simple 'at least' before.

The problem I see with the other surrounding environment is that parts of
it are quite destructive. The question how to maintain sustainablity
implies destructive elements in the environment. But again, we have to
look for the humans in the system and surrounding: customers, those
working in the organization, shareholder and other.

Liebe Gruesse,

Winfried
