Hello Mark,

Thank you for your reply. You've added the notion that Vision versus
Current Reality is part of any problem. As i wrote, people swim in a river
of problem, i did mean that current. (A current is also a river, isn't
it?). The relation between THE prblem and shared vision / mission als
becomes clear. And, on an another dimension, that part of the problem is
{speaking, thinking, planning and acting} on THE problem. As THE problem
is a social problem (having to do with inter-human relations, depencies)
etc. Please feel free - as you did - to contribute. I've never read Goethe
or Polany - and still do not understand the seven esssentialities
