I work in a British IT Services company and I am looking at continuing our
journey towards becoming a learning organisation (as per Senge's
definition).
However, in the current economic climate everything must be related back
to show concrete improvments in the bottom line. To support my cause, I
am looking for examples where companies have directly attributed their
learning organisation initiatives to financial benefits (P&L or Balance
Sheet).
Whilst I appreciate the intangible elements, I need to fully address the
tangible elements in order to be able to "sell" the concept and engender
the necessary executive support.
Your response is appreciated - with thanks.
