Hello all
I have been asked by my team to develop a management system for
consolidation of information, knowledge and (dare I say it) wisdom. I am
looking for a methodology that will assist me in assessing the needs of my
team (currently 4 consultants, but planning to grow to 20 in the next 2-4
years) and developing solutions to those identified needs.
Can anyone recommend articles (preferably on-line) that will assist me in
this?
I will try to remember to check back on this site, but could you also
please cc me directly.
