Robert,
I want to challenge you a bit. What is the rationale in "measuring" the
individual's input into a team's output in a business environment? Would
not the team members have very succinct things to say about performance of
the group, about group dynamics, when they do an assessment, ongoing, of
their interpersonal work?
I'm curious. Anyone? Put yourself on the floor of a company trying to meet
customer requirements in a 24/7 time frame.
Whadayathink?
