I have been developing a university based class on developing a learning
organization and am stuck on the personal mastery section. I like things
to be very experiential, giving the students alot of hands on time to play
with the concepts and ideas. All I can think of for personal mastery
however is a pen / paper drill on values and their clarification. Any
ideas? Videos? Discussion topics? Games? Activities?
